i am beginning the search for a place to live near campus (ncsu). my current lease is up october 15th, but i'm trying to go ahead and get something set up. quite frankly, i am looking to find a decent set up for a cheap price. i have recently started an internship at nc state and i'm being paid like an intern, if you know what i mean. since i have over 2 months to find a spot, i'd like to visit your available place and see how everything would work.

a little information about myself: i am a 25-year old, single male. with my internship, i will probably work 60-70 hours per week, including nights and weekends. so, i'm really looking for a nice place to sleep.
