$750 artsy professionals w/dairy goats seek farm-ish situation w/others (raleigh, durham, chapel hill)

we are a couple looking for a new housing situation with some land for gardening and for our (4) goats, and have noticed that most places that look promising are too far away from town or too expensive for us to rent without roommates.

so....we are looking for some awesome people who might be in a similar situation.

we don't have a place yet, but are actively looking and would like to move as soon as we can.

our perfect house would be something like this ---

within 30 minutes of raleigh/durham
hardwood floors
large kitchen
enough bathrooms that we can have our own
fenced pasture
outbuildings (barns, sheds, etc)
room for gardening
pretty nature stuff around
not moldy!
we'd like to pay less than $800 for our part of the rent
