*i'm looking to live in or very near downtown, within a bike ride of both nc state and the rest of downtown. preferably just north of hillsborough.*

i enjoy cooking and will use the kitchen often, so i hope you like the smell of good food. i do clean up after myself there, and i always keep the common area at least cleaner than my room when i've used it. i'm not loud, but you may hear music through my walls or me singing as i cook. i don't watch tv, so there'll never be any battle for the remote. i always come home late from work/practice, so i'm usually in the kitchen past 9, sometimes past 10. i would love to be able to invite my boyfriend overnight at least once a week, but that's negotiable. i definitely prefer a very quiet household past 11. i am looking for someone who avoids wheat/grains for whatever reason. i have a strong wheat allergy, as well as non-celiac gluten sensitivity and lactose intolerance. it would be great not to worry about cleaning cookware extra well, and i think it would be a help to both of us to live with someone who understands and can work with dietary restrictions. i also eat paleo, if anyone's interested.
