hello my name is victor;i am looking to rent a room in durham due to a recent separation which leaves me with very little belongings. i work the second shift so will rarely be home in the evenings, my days are reserved for school work and rest. i am 47-yrs young, don’t smoke, rarely drink, and almost never have company come by. would prefer a furnished room with all utilities included for about $350.00 a month.
