i have a room available for rent. the rent is $450.00 a month that includes wifi internet(not from the complex but one that i actually pay for a month and have), water, cable and electric.here is a pic of the floor plan.
the apartments do have a pool, on site laundry area, fitness center, playground.
the apartment is a 2 bedroom 2 bath so you will have your own bathroom but it is next to your room not connected. also the living room is for us to share and i am looking for a clean, layed back person that can pay their rent on time. i do work full time and work a lot of hours so i am never really home. i do not smoke so if you do i would prefer you did outside. if you think this looks like something for you please feel free to email me with your contact info and i will give you a call or if you have any questions please feel free to email me and i will get back to you. i will just need one months rent for a deposit and for you to pay your rent on time every month and we are good to go.
