i have a unfurnished room for rent with your own bathroom, the room is spacious with large closet. everything else is furnished in the apartment. i am a clean, neat, fun and honest person. i have a cat that is fixed and declawed and pretty much harmless. i work a fulltime job and my home has a warm feeling. i have a balcony that overlooks a nice wooded area and a pool. i do have a washer and dryer and all the other appliances. the apartment complex has a walking trail, two pools, work out room , close to bus line, volleyball sand court and a recreation area.
