hello! i'm moving home to finish school and need to find someone to rent my room. i live in a wonderful and quiet 3br townhouse with two roommates - brittany and dustin. both are 22 and very cool people. they will need to approve of the new roommate. room can be available as early as december but definitely needed by january 2012. girls and guys are welcome to inquire.

the location is great - within walking distance to target and close to uncw - and it's affordable!
rent $366
utilities average about $50 - and that was with the air conditioning on!

all furniture can stay: queen bed, drawers, cabinet, bedside table, floor lamp, tv stand and tv.
