house is equipped with washer and dryer, dishwasher, central forced air.
for rent is an unfurnished corner room at the east end of the house across from rachel's bedroom.
this would be your own bathroom that would only be shared with the occasional guest. additional closet storage is available in the guest bedroom. there is a cable hook-up in the room. all bedrooms have blinds on the windows and a ceiling fan.
the house is approximately 1900 sq ft with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, an eat in kitchen and a mudroom/laundry room. the fourth bedroom is kept available for guests and has a queen size bed.
house is located in a quiet neighborhood, between market, eastwood and mayfaire. we are 1.4 miles from mayfaire, 4.9 miles from wrightsville beach and 3.8 miles from uncw. you can get to mayfaire by driving through the neighborhood.
the back yard is private, big and fenced in, perfect for fires and cook outs. our large driveway easily accommodates 3 vehicles.
we are a male (29) and female (31) working professionals. we're both easy going and considerate. we both work a lot so most of our time at the house is spent relaxing.
we are looking for someone who is respectful and mentally mature, preferably long term.
must have job and reliable transportation.
no smoking in the house, no pets.
prefer at least 1 professional or rental reference.
