i have an extra bedroom in my 1200 square foot apartment in saxapahaw. saxapahaw is about 25 minutes from burlington and chapel hill. the apartment itself is furnished and includes a tv (22inch-sorry), couch, chair, dining room set, fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and washer and dryer. i'm sure there are other cool things, but that's all i can think of. please note utilities aren't included in the rent price! i have a very big female dog (long hair), cat, and parakeet, so you must be okay with animals. you're welcome to bring you're own pets. there are no restrictions and the monthly fee is $30. i keep the apartment very clean. the entire apartment is hard wood flooring. you're welcome to see pictures on the saxapahaw apartments website. i can also email pictures. the spare bedroom is currently being used as a guest bedroom/storage/dog's bedroom/study, but i will completely empty it out. that bedroom is not furnished. there is also a spare bathroom. i can keep the furnishings in there if you like, or remove them, it's up to you. there are also hiking trails that run along the haw river right outside the apartment. the apartment as a courtyard view.
