i am looking for a new roommate to move in on december 1st. this is a 3 bedroom/2 bath apartment in lake johnson mews. the 3rd bedroom is used for storage. you would have your own bathroom. i have a washer and dryer. the apartment has a balcony that overlooks lake johnson. i am currently attending college. i spent 7 years in the military. i would like the common areas to be kept clean. if you make a mess, clean it. you can keep your room as you please. if the bills are paid on time, i am happy. not looking for a new best friend, but hopefully we can get along.
