hello! i have a lease with gorman crossing in a 2 bedroom/1.5 bath townhouse until the end of july if anyone is interested in it. i just graduated from ncsu and thought i could still do the college scene, but i feel like i need more room with all of my assets and dog. it's a nice place with a big room (11x14, i believe). a ton of students live here as well as some families. it's not really party central or at least my division of the neighborhood isn't. i share a bathroom with my roommate whom is a male, but there is a half bath downstairs. also, a full open kitchen and dining room with sliding glass doors. washer and dryers are included in the townhouse. also, the leasing company allows pets with a small fee so bring the fuzzies. the leasing company also offers a full fitness center, game room, and dog park. i have a roommate that is extremely considerate of other people's belongings and gets along easily with others. he is a mechanical engineering student so he is pretty busy most of the time. overall, its a good place to be if you want to be near ncsu. and its on the wolfline, so free transportation to campus if you prefer that instead of paying for a parking pass. the rent is $355.00 a month with water and trash pick up. wireless internet is $12 and electricity ranges from $35-50 a month depending on the season. since it's going into the fall, the electricity will be very low. so you're looking at about $430 a month at most. i'm looking for someone to take over this place around mid-november or december 1st. just contact me if you're interested, thanks!
