hello! i live in a great 1,700 sq. ft. townhouse in a quiet and safe neighborhood near five points, north hills, and downtown. i am looking for a responsible and sociable female or male roommate to share this big space. rent is $540 per month plus half of utilities (gas, water, electric, cable and internet).

i'm a straight, non-smoking, trustworthy, humorous (so i have been told), generous, and thoughtful female. i have a small, 10-year old cocker spaniel and enjoy entertaining occasionally.
