hi! i'm looking for a roommate to move into the townhouse i'm currently renting in downtown raleigh. my cousin is moving out and have the spare bedroom /bathroom available. the townhouse has a double car garage on the ground level with an enclosed room (storage---no windows..), an open floor plan on the main level that includes a dining room, kitchen, living room, half-bathroom and a balcony over looking downtown. the upstairs has 2 bedrooms with your own bathroom and the laundry room. the townhouse is completely furnished except for the spare bedroom. the rent is $1,900 a month but i'll pay more for the master bedroom, so your rent would be $750.
