i'm looking to move out of my current apartment in a student housing complex by mid-march, as that is when my new apartment will be available. rent is $472 a month for everything (including water, electricity, cable, etc.) with your own bedroom and bathroom. there is a full-size washer and dryer in the apartment and the living room and kitchen are partially furnished. there are two college-aged females who live here as well but their schedules are busy and they're very quiet when they're home. one attends nc state and the other works full-time. you would pay an application fee of $180 if you're interested and i would pay the release fee, as well as fix up the walls from the last girl who lived in the room. i would like to have everything arranged with my housing office by march; we can possibly negotiate an earlier move in date if needed, as my parents are local.
