- pleasant and quiet family neighborhood near apex library off of highway 64.
- furnished/un-furnished private bed room in a large house with a family of 3.
- access to the common area in the house.
- need to share the bathroom with my 17 year old daughter (the bathroom is in the hallway with 2 sinks and a door separating the sinks from the toilet and shower/bath)
- access to a nice greenway.
- must be responsible, trustworthy and friendly.
- non-smoker, no drugs, no alcohol.
- no overnight guests except for occasional out of town family members.
- no pets, but must not mind our well behaved dog who stays downstairs away from the bedrooms.
- must be neat and clean.
