bright and clean room available for rent in a three bedroom 1.5 bath house. the room is currently furnished but can be rented unfurnished as well. the home is centrally located in jacksonville, n.c. which makes it only a 6 mile commute to camp lejeune, camp johnson, or new river air station. the tenant would have access to all common areas which include a cozy living (w/48” t.v.) an extremely large kitchen with pantry, high speed internet, two person sauna, hot tub, washer/ dryer, and six foot privacy fence around the large, immaculate back yard. in addition, the home is located close to shopping, a post office, restaurants, a park, bike trails, library, various entertainment venues, and public transportation.the rent for this oasis in the city is $400 a month plus shared utilities (1/3rd of course). the home is currently occupied by a military couple (ages 36 and over) and their completely loveable pooch, who all share the master bedroom. the second bedroom is a workout room that boasts an elliptical machine and a two person sauna which would be available to everyone in the home.
prefer military male roommate only. we enjoy a clean, fun, drama free, and welcoming environment. we are down to earth individuals with a great sense of humor. we enjoy occasional get-togethers and wine with dinner but we are not hard-core partiers.
