hey there! i just signed a new 1 year lease on my 3 bedroom house in hubert. it's a super cute house with all hardwood floors, 15 minutes from the front gate of camp lejeune and 2 minutes away from the 172 gate. i am also about 10 minutes away from swansboro. i am a 23 year old female, i am a marine reservist and i also teach pre-k in swansboro. i do not have children but i do have a dog (almost a year old) who is crate trained. i am looking for a reliable, trustworthy female to occupy one of the 2 empty rooms i have. you must have a job to reply to this! the rent includes your half of the rent, water, electric, cable and internet, as well as access to everything else like the shed outside and the washer and dryer. i look forward to meeting you!
