diversified professional man (45), looking for an open minded and very neat roommate to share 3 bedroom 2 bath home. the home is located in a quiet sub-division, that is near shopping centers, and a few minute drive to i-40. the room is fully furnished. non smoker and no drugs are a must. i have a small dog that i crate during the day and is my responsibility. no other pets allowed. roommate will have access to kitchen (privet refrig.), den, washer/dryer, and the rent includes all utilities including wireless internet the bedroom is nicely furnished. roommate should be willing to help out around the house from time to time (does not mean i am looking for a yard boy or maid). i am hoping to find a roommate who is also a friend to hang out with from time to time. please contact me for pictures and a list of courtesy guide lines. also include age, occupation and a little about yourself.
