the house is 2 bed/1 bath we have another room that is connected to the kitchen that we use as a bedroom thats the one that will be provided to you. . we would prefer someone that is generally clean and neat.. we have a decent sized kitchen. we have everything that is necessary for a house to run, including washer(no dryer), towels, cooking utensils etc. all you would really need is your own bedroom furniture,or anything else you will to have here. we do not have centeral heat so we use heaters and kerosense.please have your own transportation.about us: we are a black lesbian couple 25 and 22 with a eight yr old son.one of us work a full time job and the other stay at home money with income as well.we have a dog so dogs are alot...far as any other pets please ask.we are very outgoing,outspoken,great sense of humor,drama free and down to earth.we do drink and smoke cigs and are 420 friendly.we do smoke in the home!!!
cost: $200.00a month. that includes cable and high speed internet. also half of the electric, which runs between 110 and 180 depending on the time of year. depending on how we get along, we can work on grocery/meal inclusion as well.we do recieve foodstamps so sharing grocery is not a problem we just ask you help with groceries as well
