my roommate and i are moving into a 4 bedroom/2 bath home this sunday, and are looking for two roommates to fill the spots in the other two rooms. the house is right in noda; it is a little over a mile from the restaurants/bars/shops. the home is 1100 square feet so it is a bit cozy. the living area can comfortably fit two couches, a coffee table and an entertainment stand. the kitchen has a separate area for a decent size dining room table (possibly a table that fits 6). the bedrooms are decently sized (they could comfortably fit a bed, a side table, a dresser and have room to maneuver). the total monthly rent is $1130, which includes rental of the washer and dryer (which is $30). the security deposit is also $1130. the home has a fenced in backyard. the home is pet friendly; i have a 9 month old lab/boxer mix that will be staying there. however, the landlord would prefer not to have more than one dog.we are in charge of maintaining the landscaping (mowing the lawn, raking the leaves, etc). if that is something you do not want to be responsible of, then please do not reply.
we are looking for someone who could move in within the next two weeks, or pay for a fourth of the security deposit and this months pro-rated rent if they wanted to move in later.
my roommate and i are both 23, and very easy to get along with. we both love listening to music, going to concerts, working out, grilling, spending the day on the lake, watching and playing sports, and trying anything that has some type of thrill to it.
we are looking for someone who is similar in nature. thus, a roommate aged 21-27 that enjoys to go out, and would not mind having people over from time to time. although we would love to have two roommates that we could go out with, we would rather two individuals who consider themselves to be fairly clean and respectful. furthermore, neither of us smoke cigarettes and would not want any smoking in the house.
