i have a house located in the university area between unc and concord mills. the house has 5 rooms and 3 and half baths. there are currently 2 occupants and searching for a third. each person has a private room and bath. there are also 3 large den/living rooms so there is plenty of space to have privacy.the kitchen and laundry rooms are shared by all three.
the utilities are also shared and the arrangements can be worked out.
