i am a young female chapel hill professional & grad student, looking for a quiet grad student roommate, preferably female, to share a 2 bedroom townhouse apartment within two miles of franklin street, downtown carrboro and the unc campus.the apartment complex is on the unc bus line, a 10 min bus ride from campus or a 3 min drive.
room dimensions are 10ft by 12ft.
master bath is shared. 1/2 bathroom on the first floor.
high speed wireless internet, water, and electricity included in rent.
bedroom comes unfurnished. the rest of the apartment is furnished.
monthly rent @ $425 and a refundabe $250 security deposit.
available starting january 5th, flexible rental term until june 30th.
