i am seeking a roommate to share a 2bd/2ba luxury apartment in cary, nc starting in march or april. the exact move in date can be negotiated. you will have a private bathroom and the available room will be unfurnished.

i am a 30 year old straight professional male. males and females are welcome. i keep the apt clean & tidy and would expect you to do the same. i don't party a lot, but will go out on the weekends for a drink or two. i'm hoping to find a roommate that would like to hang out occasionally. please have stable employment. also, no smoking allowed.

this place has it all! a beautiful view of lake crabtree and the sunset over the lake every evening. access to the black creek greenway trail and umstead park. prime location with easy access to i-40, plenty of nearby upscale shopping centers. beach volleyball court, huge swimming pool, state of the art gym, elevators in every building, walk-in closet, plenty of natural light, modern appliances, crown molding, etc. i have a front loading washer and dryer, both are energy efficient and very quiet.
